Same here which is why I am so sad when the sun starts setting earlier because I am so sad when it's dark at 4pm. The days are so short, sometimes they feel pointless which is so *depressing* UGH! but I love do love fall.

I thought the same at first but I'm not sure how UPS works and maybe I impacted his route. He's usually very nice, maybe he was having a bad day. I am running to my closet the second I get home to see if I can wear it as a belt or necklace. GENIUS! I knew it was versatile but I didn't even think of that!! That would be amazing.

The bottom hardware tarnishes/scratches instantly so I would not recommend it if that bugs you! That was the first thing my husband said to me too but that doesn't bother me. The amount I paid for a cloth bag bothers me most... I don't own a Dior but I've always wanted the saddle bag. The shape is so interesting. The lady dior is so sophisticated. Thank you! I don't hate it or love it. It makes my makeup feel heavy and face feel greasy. It also makes my hair greasy so I prefer to use a powder SPF like supergoop. If I disliked powders though, I would choose this since it's the best SPF setting spray I've used so far. Just cover your hair when applying! Thanks so much for watching!

Thank you!! Which goyard bags would you recommend? I was originally looking at the mini Anjou bag and wish I had purchased that one instead. The tote is a strange size. It’s big but super narrow so you can’t fit as much as you’d think. When I carry my laptop, I can only fit it with a small wallet and slim notebook. Valentino is the best and I always get the most compliments when I wear them. I wore the small nude crossbody to a baseball game the other night and someone asked where I got it from and was shocked at the price. The Fendi is so cute and I haven't stopped wearing it since I purchased it but I will keep saying the bag is definitely not worth the price point. The fact it's made out of cloth (not even canvas) has me question how they could price it at such a price point. It's cute but I wish I would've waited and found it discounted... I'd have to wait awhile though because these bags are all the rage!! Which I did not realize when I bought it lol My eggplant bag is the best. Yes! And the quality was so much better back then too. You actually got what you paid for or at least way closer to it. Now you’re just paying for the name. That’s why I say go second hand or find a designer that’s great quality but not well known so you’re not paying $$$

I totally agree! My Valentino bags look and feel the most expensive and I appreciate that they are typically heavily discounted on the secondhand market, even though the quality is way better than some Chanel bags and other luxury brands. I would mind if I were investing in bags for a profit down the road but I don't have that mindset. I buy my things thinking (and hoping!) I'll love them forever :) The leather is like butter! I don't regret a single Valentino purchase.

@@FortuneTarantola I loved Halloween. Now it’s just another day because we live out in the country and apparently kids don’t walk here…lazy lil shits😂…….i do love fall and winter. We are known for 300 days of sunshine, so even when we get snow and dark by 4 pm, it’s usually a pretty bright day. My weekend was good then it wasn’t. I got to see a peek of the meteor shower, but it wasn’t spectacular due to smoke filled skies, and then my son in law’s grandmother passed away and it was sudden and sad and she went too soon, only in her 70’s. She was an amazing woman. I really hate aging! ……anyways, looking forward to next week where I’ll be at the coast. Hope you have a wonderful week.

It’s a never ending journey and that’s why I had to change my mindset around fitness. I’m glad you are feeling better and love to hear how proactive you are about your health. In the end, it’s all we have! I wish others took it more seriously. I’ve never heard of a vibration plate but looked it up and that sounds interesting. Rebounding is on a trampoline? I’ve heard good things about that too and considered getting one awhile back. Weight lifting is my favorite and doesn’t have to be heavy! I find a lot of women are afraid of it but it’s so good for us. I hope you’re having a beautiful weekend ❤️❤️

@@FortuneTarantola yes I got the rebounder (trampoline) when my joints wouldn’t allow for me to do weights. We have a bow fox and those free weights also and a treadmill. The rebounder is a no pressure workout and it really helped to help lymphatic drainage also. Getting older sucks because so many ailments pop up even if you’re pretty damn healthy otherwise. I ended up with piss poor circulation and have venous insufficiency so yay me🤦‍♀️😂…the rebounder helps the blood move and any swelling goes away. Never have been afraid of weights, just deal with EDS and that can cause my ligaments and tendons to tear and joints to dislocate/sublux so gently strengthening my muscles is the way to go. I’ll get back to heavier lifting just as soon as I am able. I want to walk without a walker when I’m 80! Having a wonderful weekend so far…hope you are too.

Commuting is so exhausting but I have thought about how different my life would be if I didn't go to NYC. It really molds you as an individual and it's crazy how worldly I feel (and I don't consider myself very worldly lol) compared to those I know who don't commute to work or venture into NYC often. A lot of people are afraid of the city and traveling in general which I can't relate to thanks to my job. I'm so happy to hear you joined a gym!! It's the best therapy IMO. I joined a few months back to take yoga classes - I workout at home mostly - but I haven't gone to a single class this summer. I'm looking forward to life slowing down a bit in the fall so I can get back into my namaste routine. Using you as inspiration!! I would love a lady's who shop and brunch club. Could you imagine?!?! I would be broke though no doubt LOL I hope you had a beautiful weekend my friend!!!!

I have a coworking space that I'm going to start using once a week. It'll at least get me out. It's funny you say that because my SiL called from Florida worried about us lol. You would've thought we were in the middle of a war torn country the way she was so scared about NYC. Mind you, we live in Jersey but I digress LOL.

Hey! I’m not in therapy but I know I should be. I make up excuses like it’ll be hard to find the right therapist, I don’t want to have to search for ‘the one’ but if I’m honest with myself, I’m scared to work through and feel my emotions. I’m also realizing my anxiety is worse than ever and by avoiding my emotions and therapy, I’m prolonging the process to get to a better and happier headspace. I’m happy you are doing the work and I appreciate you sharing. It’s motivation to get me moving in the right direction ❤️

My problem is I buy a fragrance, wear it for 3 days and then I’m looking for the next fragrance I’m going to buy. I also have a large collection of fragrances I no longer want to wear. I’ve been trying to stop buying fragrances for a while, but I still keep buying more.

The nail polish color looks good on you. I would say it’s a Kelly green or a grass green, or an army green. ❤

Fragrance is the one category I don’t have that problem with… my skin is so dry that nothing lasts on me. My husband has a cologne collection and he smells good 24/7 no matter how sweaty he gets. It’s insane to me!! I would definitely buy more if they lasted on my skin 😕 if you have any recommendations, please send them my way!!

I am shocked I didn’t get food all over me because I’m infamous for missing my mouth 😂 the formula sounds fabulous. That’s frustrating about the shade. The swatch online looks light but it does look a bit dark in the bullet. Have you tried patting it on your lips instead of swiping? It may not be as pigmented though but worth a shot!! Or apply it to the center and then spread it with your finger. You shouldn’t have to do the most at that price point but either technique could work. I hope you have a fabulous weekend 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

😂😂 that’s so funny you say that!! I went out the other night and the hostess was wearing a horn necklace and she told me she liked my pepper and I was like …. My pepper?? LOL then she pointed to her necklace and I got it. I’ve always known it as an Italian horn. I think people refer to it as a pepper because it looks like a chili pepper 🌶️ and it’s often red too which makes it more confusing!!
